In fact when it comes to the manual processes behind the grinding, roasting and packaging of coffee, it's the machines that do all the work.

Marco and the team know that to prepare a good blend is like ‘a symphony played by an orchestra.’ The characteristics of each species of coffee must be properly understood before roasting, in order to produce a blend with the right body, harmonic taste and rich aroma.

Founder of Caffé Torelli, Marco, has a handful of successful coffee related businesses including patisseries located in London’s premier Knightsbridge. Once described as a man who has passion, drive and coffee running through his blood he certainly gives it all his best and turns his ideas into profitable businesses!
